How a Pre-order (Custom) Works


  1. Payment deposits after 3-5 business days. 
  2. Order will be fulfilled 3-4 days after payment or up to 3-5 months (or more) depending on volume of orders and type of order. Hats can take 3-4 weeks to complete depending on size. 
  3. Orders are fulfilled on first come, first serve basis.
  4. All sales are final. 
  5. Brand page (row.z.brand) will post new hats/pieces while custom hats/pieces are being completed.
