How a Pre-order (Custom) Works


  1. Payment deposits after 3-5 business days. 
  2. Order will be fulfilled within 3-4 days after payment or up to 3-5 months or more depending on volume of orders and type of order. 
  3. Orders are fulfilled on first come, first serve basis.
  4. If a custom hat does not meet customer's satisfaction when image is sent before shipping, customer is able to request another hat while their custom will be put up for sale. Customer is only able to do this once. Customer is not able to receive previously made hat once it is put up for sale. All sales are final. 
  5. Brand page will post new hats/pieces even while custom hats/pieces are being completed.
