Shipping Policy

  1. All pre-orders/customs are handmade and could take from 1-2 weeks up to 3-5 months before shipping. This means your order could arrive 1-2 weeks after your purchase or up to 3-5 months depending on the amount of orders present. 

  2. If the item is not a pre-order, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. 

  3. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will hold the order and notify you that your order is on hold until it can be filled.

  4. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. Row-Z is not responsible for any damages that occur to product while shipping.

  5. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.

  6. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and countries customs fees. The customer is responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

  7. Please confirm correct address before placing order. We aren't able to change the address. All items will be shipped according to address on file. 
  8. Row-Z isn't responsible for any lost packages in transit. A claim can be filed with the mail carrier using the tracking number provided.
